Personal training Sessions & packages

Training session with a personal trainer that include one-on-one guidance and hands-on stretching.

Power Workout

a one month personalized workout program with weekly online support appointments. You will receive an initial assessment that includes anthropometric measurements, review of health and fitness history, and a 1 hour personal training session to physically guide you through the program.

Strength & Stretch

1 week strength training and stretch routine geared to fit exactly where you are on your workout path. You will receive an initial assessment and 2 training sessions that will help us create the perfect mix of weight training and stretch exercises to move you to the next level. You will then be able to recreate – with a handout – the same workout on your own.

Ask the RD

15 or 30 minute phone or skype consultations that can be for used by the you – the client – as an accountability session, support in maintaining meal plan and dietary goals, receiving information on nutrition education, or any other concern related to your nutrition goals.

Nutrition Maintenance Program

This program gives that extra bit of guidance to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Accountability is key in reaching your goals. This program allows for additional support when barriers and challenges arise. Things that will be offered are meal plan adjustments, further nutrition education, brain storming strategies to meet dietary and fitness goals, and that extra support to help you engrain the new behaviors and lifestyle changes.

Starter Kit

This kit will help you to clean the slate towards a new beginning. We will assess your current diet and lifestyle, provide nutrition education, take anthropometric measurements to set a baseline, design a custom meal plan, a follow-up consultation and 1 personal training session. The focus of the starter kit is to make a clean and comprehensive sweep to set you on the right track.

The Full Force

Comprehensive nutrition and fitness programming combined

This program will set you up with a sustainable plan that fits your own personal needs. We will assess your current diet and lifestyle, provide nutrition education, take anthropometric measurements to set a baseline, design a 4-week custom meal plan, create a 1-month fitness plan, 10 personal training sessions and then culminating with a follow-up consultation to make sure you stay on track. The focus of the program will be on nutrition and exercise education and making behavior changes that can be maintained long term.

Group (4 or more)

Health & Wellness Presentation

Presentation on Health and Wellness includes the topics of nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, goal setting, and behavior change.
