One-on-one personal training starts with a fitness assessment to set a baseline and then a 60-minute workout that incorporates a combination of the following elements depending on your needs and goals:
- functional training
- balance component
- core strengthening
- cardiovascular training
- HIIT (high-intensity interval training)
- strength training
This training is offered both in-person (New York City) and online.
